Our Pilbara and Midwest gold sectors offer exciting opportunities in many areas such as technology, innovation, exploration, processing, environment, health and safety, emergency response, administration, management, human resources, and finance. Careers in mining can be site or office-based, with site-based roles requiring travel. Capricorn currently offers FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) rosters, as well as DIDO (Drive-In, Drive- Out) rosters.
